摘要
以活性炭、碳纳米管、氧化石墨烯、碳量子点、碳离子以及氮化碳等碳材料与各类半导体光催化剂复合为例,重点介绍了碳基材料与光催化剂的复合工艺、增强光催化性能的机理、影响碳基材料改性程度的因素及其在降解污水、产氢等方面的应用。最后,提出了碳材料复合半导体光催化剂今后的发展方向。
Abstract
The composites between various types of semiconductor photocatalysts and the carbon-based materials, such as activated carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, carbon quantum dots, carbon ions and carbon nitride, are taken as examples, the review focuses on the compositing process between carbon-based materials and photocatalysts, the mechanism of enhancing their photocatalytic performance, the factors affecting the modification degree of carbon-based materials, and their applications in wastewater degradation and hydrogen production.Finally, the development direction of carbon-based material composite semiconductor photocatalysts in the future is proposed.
