摘要

在碳中和路径中,绿氨是合成氨工业实现碳减排的重要途径,也是解决大规模风光电力消纳的可选路径。对合成氨制备工艺进行梳理,并分析新能源制氢合成绿氨的经济性,对氨能作为清洁原料、电厂燃料和船舶燃料三大应用场景进行研究,重点就新能源制氢合成绿氨在不同应用场景下的竞争力进行了研判。研究结果表明,绿氨作为清洁原料和船舶燃料的应用场景具有一定的经济效益,且作为船舶绿色燃料的发展空间巨大;但作为电厂燃料的应用场景,则难以从减碳上获得经济效益。

Abstract

“Green” ammonia exists as a new form of basic energy, which can serve as a hydrogen carrier to solve the bottleneck problem of low-cost hydrogen energy transportation, and can also be directly applied as a carbon-free fuel.In the carbon neutrality path, green ammonia is an important way for the synthetic ammonia industry to achieve carbon dioxide emission reduction, and is also an optional path to solve large-scale solar power consumption.This article reviews the preparation process of synthetic ammonia, analyzes the economy of synthesizing green ammonia from hydrogen which is produced by means of new energy, and studies three major application scenarios of ammonia energy as a clean raw material, power generation fuel, and ship fuel.The focus is on evaluating the competitiveness of new energy-route hydrogen production to synthesize green ammonia in different application scenarios.The research results indicate that the application scenarios of green ammonia as a clean raw material and a ship fuel have certain economic benefits, and there is a huge space as a green fuel for ships;However, as an application scenario for power plant fuel, it is difficult to obtain economic benefits from carbon dioxide emission reduction.
