摘要

概述了超疏水涂层的相关理论,阐述了氧化铈的疏水机理;综述了近年来CeO2超疏水涂层的制备方法,如喷涂法、水热法、电沉积法、原子层沉积法、激光刻蚀法、热压烧结法等,并概述了不同制备方法各自的优缺点;重点介绍了CeO2超疏水涂层在自清洁、防腐蚀、油水分离以及防污等领域的应用;最后,展望了其未来发展前景。

Abstract

The related theories of superhydrophobic coating are introduced,and the hydrophobic mechanism of cerium dioxide is expounded.The preparation methods for cerium dioxide-based superhydrophobic coating in recent years are reviewed,including the spraying method,hydrothermal method,electrodeposition,atomic layer deposition,laser etching method,hot-press sintering method,etc.The advantages and limitations of various methods are analyzed.The applications of cerium dioxide-based superhydrophobic coating in the fields of self-cleaning,anti-corrosion,oil-water separation and anti-fouling are emphatically introduced,and its development prospect is predicted.
