摘要
综述了含硒废水的主要来源、微生物法处理含硒废水的机理以及近几年国内外微生物除硒反应器的研究进展,总结了微生物对硒的转化机理,分析了硒转化过程的生物酶,系统阐述了各类除硒反应器的优缺点,同时展望了该技术在未来含硒废水处理应用上的关注方向。
Abstract
This review introduces main sources of selenium-containing wastewater,the mechanism of microbial treatment of selenium-containing wastewater,and the research progress in microbial selenium removal reactors in the world in recent years.The conversion mechanism of microbial to selenium is also summarized,and the enzymes in the process of selenium conversion are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of various selenium removal reactors are systematically expounded.Meanwhile,the application of this microbial technology in the treatment of selenium-containing wastewater in the future are prospected.
