摘要

基于国内外研究现状和工程实际,构建了智能钻井技术的应用体系,具体包括智能钻井技术的应用场景和应用层次。介绍了井眼轨迹优化控制、机械钻速智能预测和钻井风险智能预警等智能钻井技术的最新研究进展。鉴于现今智能钻井技术研究的不足,提出了10条智能钻井技术的重点攻关方向。最后为促进我国智能钻井技术的进一步发展提出了若干建议。

Abstract

Based on the research status and engineering practices in the world,an application system for intelligent drilling technology is constructed,including the application scenarios and application levels of intelligent drilling technology.The latest research progress on intelligent drilling technologies is introduced,such as wellbore trajectory optimization control,intelligent prediction of ROP and intelligent early warning of drilling risk.In view of the shortcomings of current intelligent drilling technology research,10 items of key research directions for intelligent drilling technology are proposed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the further development of intelligent drilling technology in China.
