摘要
在"双碳"背景下,国内炼化行业面临严峻的节能减排形势。从以下4个方面综述了炼化行业节能减排思路:炼油产品结构调整和工艺技术创新提升石油资源的利用效率、耦合新能源的多能耦合技术实现"绿氢"替代和深度电气化、能量集成和过程强化实现炼厂能量的"梯级利用"以避免高能低用造成的能源浪费、二氧化碳的转化利用减少炼厂二氧化碳排放。结合目前我国炼厂的实际情况和工艺技术的成熟性,对石化行业节能减排方案提出了思考与建议。
Abstract
Under the background of "carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutralization",China's petrochemical industry is facing huge pressure in energy conservation and CO2 emission reduction.The thinking for the petrochemical industry to save energy and reduce CO2 emission is reviewed from four aspects:adjusting the refining products scheme and innovation process technology to improve the utilization efficiency of petroleum resources;achieving "green hydrogen" substitution and deep electrification through multi energy coupling technology coupled with new energy;implementing the energy integration and process intensification to achieve "cascade utilization" of refinery energy in order to avoid energy waste caused by high level energy for low level utilization;promoting the transformation and utilization of carbon dioxide utilization to reduce CO2 emission in the refineries.Based on the actual situation of the refineries and the mature degree of process technology,some consideration and suggestions are proposed for the scheme of energy saving and emission reduction in the petrochemical industry.
