摘要

为改善燃煤电厂排放的单质汞(Hg0)引起的环境污染,采用水热法制备了二氧化钛载体,并利用锰氧化物和巯基对二氧化钛进行改性,研究了低温下(≤200℃)对烟气中单质汞的脱除性能。FT-IR、XRD以及SEM表征结果表明,3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)和锰基氧化物成功掺杂到二氧化钛载体上并分布均匀。Hg-TPD分析结果表明,反应后的汞主要以HgS和HgO形式存在。研究结果表明,当3-巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷与钛的摩尔比为1∶40、硝酸锰与总物质的质量比为1∶100时,锰-巯基化二氧化钛吸附剂脱除单质汞的效率达到最大,为90.2%。

Abstract

To improve the environmental pollution caused by elemental mercury (Hg0) emitted from coal-fired power plants, titanium dioxide carriers are prepared via hydrothermal method, and modified by loading with manganese oxides and grafting with sulfhydryl groups.The performance of the modified carriers in removing elemental mercury from flue gas at low temperature (≤ 200℃) is investigated.It is verified by FTIR, XRD and SEM that 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and manganese oxide have successfully been adulterated onto the titanium dioxide carrier, and distribute uniformly.Hg-TPD analysis results indicate that the adsorbed Hg exists mainly in the forms of HgS and HgO.Experimental results show that the removal efficiency of elemental mercury by manganese-sulfhydryl titanium dioxide adsorbent reaches the maximum, 90.2% when the molar ratio of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane to titanium is 1:40 and the mass percentage of manganese nitrate to total substance is 1:100.
