摘要
以阴离子树脂为原料,通过离子交换和固相生长制备了亚毫米尺寸的碳纳米管小球。该碳纳米管具有典型的竹节状结构,含有1.55%的氮元素和2.32%的铁物种。将其用于催化臭氧氧化处理煤化工难降解有机废水,结果表明,其能大幅降低废水中化学需氧量(COD)、总磷和亚硝态氮的质量浓度,催化反应1 h内最高去除率分别达到了82.66%、72.97%和100%。
Abstract
Taking anionic resin as raw material, sub-millimeter sized carbon nanotube spheres are prepared via ion exchange and solid-phase growth.The prepared carbon nanotubes have a typical bamboo-like structure, and contain 1.55% of nitrogen and 2.32% of iron species.The spheres are used for catalytic ozone oxidation of refractory organic wastewater from coal chemical industry.It is shown that the catalytic ozone oxidation with the spheres can significantly reduce the contents of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus and nitrite nitrogen in wastewater, and the maximum removal rates within 1 hour of catalytic oxidation reaction reach 82.66%, 72.97%, and 100%, respectively.
