摘要

从吸附剂改进及工艺优化模拟2个角度,对近几年低浓度煤层气变压吸附制甲烷的研究情况进行了综述。归纳总结了上述2个角度的相同点与不同点,指出今后复合材料吸附剂的原料选取及原料最适宜配比仍会是吸附剂改进的热点;工艺优化模拟大多在强调产能提高,过程的安全保障提及较少。在吸附剂改进及工艺优化模拟时,工业智能化都对煤炭资源的制备与利用起到了一定积极影响。

Abstract

From the perspectives of adsorbent improvement and process optimization simulation, this review involves the research status of low concentration coalbed methane to produce methane via pressure swing adsorption in recent years.The similarities and differences between two perspectives are summarized.It is pointed out that in the future, the selection of raw materials and the most suitable ratio of raw materials for composite material adsorbents will still be a hot topic for adsorbent improvement.From the perspective of process optimization simulation, more emphasis is placed on increasing production capacity, and there is less mention of process safety assurance.From any perspectives, industrial intelligence plays a positive impact on the preparation and utilization of coal resources.
