当前我国化工园区迫切需要实现高质量发展。为了对化工园区的发展做出科学评价，以科学性、全面性和适用性为原则，构建了基于产业、安全、绿色、软硬件及管理水平的化工园区高质量发展评价指标体系。指标体系中包含5个一级目标、15个维度、53个具体指标。通过对指标的量化分析和打分，能够客观评价园区的发展状况，并有助于通过细化的指标找出自身存在的差距和问题，促进园区高质量发展。

At present, chemical industry parks in China urgently need to achieve high-quality development.In order to make a scientific evaluation on the development of chemical industry parks, an evaluation index system with scientific performance, comprehensiveness and applicability as principles is established on the basis of industry, safety, green, software, hardware and management level.The system includes five first-level goals, 15 dimensions and 53 specific indicators.Through the quantitative analysis and scoring on indicators, the development status of a chemical industry park can be objectively evaluated, which can help the park find out its own gaps and problems through detailed indicators, and promote it to develop in a high quality.
