摘要

为解决氢能不易储运的问题,提出了基于电解水制氢和甲醇合成/重整的零碳新能源消纳系统。该系统利用风能、光伏等电力,采用固体氧化物电解槽电解水,所产氢气和系统循环的二氧化碳合成甲醇,最终甲醇经运输至内设甲醇重整设备的站内加氢站进行重整制氢,产生二氧化碳和天然气制氢产生的二氧化碳合并进行循环,实现零碳排放和氢的异地产出。在此基础上,对此系统进行了能量和经济性分析。结果表明,零碳异地甲醇重整制氢系统的整体效率为46.38%,当电价为0.2元/kWh、工业氧气价格为0.42元/m3、加氢站售氢价格为70元/kg时,动态回收期为6.63 a,净现值为11 223.63万元,系统具有一定的可行性,对未来的氢能利用链提供了一种有价值的技术选项。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that hydrogen energy is difficult to store and transport,a net-zero carbon emission new energy consumption system based on hydrogen production from electrolytic water and methanol synthesis/reforming is proposed.This system utilizes wind energy,photovoltaic energy and other electric power to electrolyze water in a solid oxide electrolyzer,and both the hydrogen produced and the carbon dioxide recycled in the system are synthesized into methanol,which is transported to the hydrogenation station equipped with methanol reforming equipment for reforming to produce hydrogen.Carbon dioxide produced in methanol reforming equipment and carbon dioxide produced in natural gas to hydrogen unit are combined for recycling,so as to realize net-zero carbon emission and remote hydrogen production.On this basis,the energy and economy analysis on this system are performed.It is shown that the overall efficiency of the system is 46.38%.The dynamic recovery period is 6.63 years,and the net present value is RMB 112.236 3 million when the prices of electricity,industrial oxygen and hydrogen at station are RMB 0.2 per kWh,RMB 0.42 per cubic meter and RMB 70 per kilogram.This system has certain feasibility,which provides a valuable technical option for the future hydrogen energy utilization chain.
