摘要

针对长周期生产超低硫清洁柴油的需求,介绍了国内外各大专利技术供应商最新催化剂和级配工艺技术的研发进展。通过深化加氢反应机理的认识,提高催化剂的活性,从而开发新催化剂制备技术;通过对反应环境、操作工艺条件的认识和优化,强化加氢反应,开发了相应的级配和工艺技术。最后指出,需要从催化剂活性、加氢程度、原料及生成物种等多维度去思考,选择催化剂以强化级配优势,发挥不同操作工况下性能。

Abstract

In view of the demand for long-term production of ultra-low sulfur clean diesel,global research and development progress on the latest catalysts and gradation process technologies from major patent technology suppliers is introduced.Through understanding the hydrogenation reaction mechanism and improving the activity of the catalyst,new catalyst preparation technology is developed.Through the optimization of the reaction environment and operating conditions,the corresponding gradation and process technology are developed.Finally,it is suggested to think from multiple dimensions,such as catalyst activity,hydrogenation degree,raw materials and generated species,to select catalysts to strengthen the advantages of gradation under different operating conditions.
