摘要
采用双模板法,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)酸性水解固载磷钨酸(HPW),得到的凝胶在450℃焙烧15 h获得孔径约230 nm的有序大孔/介孔HPW/SiO2催化剂,对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,当模板剂聚苯乙烯(PS)微球和P123质量分别为TEOS质量的102%和42%、HPW质量为催化剂质量的20%时,得到的催化剂表面孔结构完整且排列规则有序;在60℃常压条件下,对模拟燃油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT)催化氧化脱除效率达99.8%,重复使用6次性能基本不变。
Abstract
By using a double template method,phosphotungstic acid (HPW) is immobilized with acidic hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS).The obtained gel has been calcined at 450℃ for 15 h to prepare an ordered macroporous/mesoporous HPW/SiO2 catalyst with a pore size of about 230 nm.The structure and properties of the catalyst are characterized.It is shown that the surface pore structure of the obtained catalyst is complete and arranged regularly when the amount of polystyrene microspheres template and P123 equal to 102 wt.% and 42 wt.% respectively that of TEOS,and the amount of HPW accounts for 20 wt.% of that of catalyst.Under the atmospheric pressure and 60℃,the catalytic oxidation removal efficiency of dibenzothiophene in simulated fuel reaches 99.8% over the catalyst,and the catalyst's performance remains basically unchanged after being reused for six times.
