This review firstly introduces the physical,chemical preparation methods and the principles for crosslinked silk fibroin hydrogels.It also introduces several silk fibroin hydrogels with different properties.Finally,it emphasizes the application of silk fibroin hydrogels,its combination factors and stem cells in bone tissue engineering,and summarizes and predicts the development of silk fibroin hydrogels.
