摘要

总结了目前废塑料化学回收技术研究进展,包括热裂解、汽化、催化裂解和微波裂解等技术,在深入分析反应条件、反应器设计、催化剂选用等因素对反应过程和产品收率及分布影响的基础上,指出各项技术存在的问题,提出未来废塑料化学回收技术的研究应以工业应用为目标导向,向开发高效催化体系、优化反应器设计、合理调控反应条件等方向发展。

Abstract

This review summarizes latest research progress on chemical recycling technologies for spent plastics,including pyrolysis,gasification,catalytic cracking and microwave cracking,etc.The effects of reaction conditions,reactor design,catalyst selection and other factors on the reaction process,product yield and products distribution are in-depth analyzed,and the problems of each technology are founded.It is proposed that future research on chemical recycling technologies for spent plastics should be oriented to industrial applications,and develop in the direction of developing efficient catalytic systems,optimizing reactor design and reasonably regulating reaction conditions.
