摘要

当前传统炼化企业面临市场方面巨大挑战,同时,双碳背景下政府部门对于高耗能项目审批控制日益严格,导致传统炼化企业难以通过新建大规模炼化项目重新规划布局。为了应对挑战,保持企业的可持续发展,部分传统炼化企业通过减油增化在一定程度上实现了产品结构优化,提高了企业竞争力。随着市场竞争加剧和节能降碳要求提高,未来炼化企业只能依托现有设施,通过新技术和新能源寻求绿色转型方案。结合现阶段有关技术进展和传统炼化企业用能及资源利用现状,提出一些值得关注的传统炼化企业绿色转型升级潜在方向。

Abstract

Traditional refining and chemical enterprises are presently facing great challenges in the market.Meanwhile, in the background of "carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality", China's governmental departments become increasingly cautious and strict in controlling the approval of high energy consumption projects, which makes it difficult for traditional refining and chemical enterprises to improve competitive through implementing new large-scale refining and chemical projects.In order to cope with the challenges and maintain the sustainable development, some traditional refining and chemical enterprises have achieved the optimization of product portfolio by reducing oil products and increasing chemical products, thus improving the competitiveness of the enterprise to a certain extent.With the intensification of market competition and the increasing requirements for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction, traditional refining and chemical enterprises have to rely more on existing facilities to seek for green transformation solutions through new technologies and new energy in the future.Based on the energy and resource utilization status of traditional refining and chemical enterprises and the development progress of relating technologies, some potential directions are proposed for traditional refining and chemical enterprises to concern in green transformation and upgrading.
