摘要

以新疆某制氢加氢一体化项目为例,阐述了大型制氢加氢子母站的设计方法,提出了制氢加氢母站和加氢子站的工艺路线和配置方案。对于大规模制氢加氢母站,设置碱性水电解制氢系统、氢气压缩及储存系统、氢气充装系统及油气氢合建站,使母站兼具制氢、充装和加氢功能;考虑特定时段氢气外运不畅,提出了低压存储、中间压力存储和高压存储的方案,并通过比较确定采用低压存储方案;母站内加氢站及加氢子站采用油气氢合建站形式,提出了具体的设备配置方案。对于加氢子站,提出了分级卸气以提高长管拖车氢气利用效率的方案。

Abstract

One hydrogen production and fueling integrated project in Xinjiang, China is taken as an example to elaborate on the design method of a large-scale hydrogen production and hydrogen fueling parent-subsidiary station, and proposes the corresponding process route and configuration scheme.Large-scale hydrogen production and hydrogen fueling parent station is suggested to include alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production system, hydrogen compression and storage system, hydrogen filling system, and oil-gas-hydrogen joint station, so that the parent station can simultaneously accomplish the functions of production, filling and fueling of hydrogen.In the light of hydrogen transportation difficulty during specific time period, the schemes such as low-pressure storage, intermediate pressure storage and high-pressure storage are proposed, and finally low-pressure storage scheme is determined through comparison.Both the hydrogen fueling station in parent station and the hydrogen fueling subsidiary station are designed as oil-gas-hydrogen joint stations, and specific equipment configuration scheme is proposed.As for hydrogen refueling subsidiary station, a graded gas unloading scheme is proposed to improve the hydrogen utilization efficiency of long tube trailers.
