摘要

氢储运环节是目前最制约氢能产业发展的一个环节,高效、低成本的氢气储运技术是实现大规模用氢的必要保障,选用合适方式应对不同应用场景是决定氢能最终成本的一大关键因素。重点就高压气态、液态、管道和液氨等4种运输方式进行经济性分析,研究结果表明,运量和运距决定储运的方式,不同运氢方式适宜不同应用场景,应根据运输距离和运输规模,选择最经济的且与之应用相匹配的储运氢技术。氨作为储氢介质,按照国铁运输液氨折算成运氢价格,其运价远远低于其他运输方式。由此提出建立青海绿氨储运基地的设想,既可激活西北风光资源丰富地区的新能源消纳渠道,又可实现氢能/氨能的远距离、低成本、低能耗、高效率的跨区域运输。

Abstract

Hydrogen storage and transportation link is actually the most restrictive one for the development of the hydrogen energy industry at present.Efficient and low-cost hydrogen storage and transportation technology is a necessary guarantee to achieve large-scale hydrogen use.Choosing an appropriate way to deal with different application scenarios is a key factor to determine the final cost of hydrogen energy.This paper focuses on economic analysis on four transportation modes:high-pressure gas, liquid, pipeline and liquid ammonia.Analysis results show that transportation amount and distance determine the mode of storage and transportation, and different hydrogen transportation modes are suitable for different application scenarios.The most economical hydrogen storage and transportation technology matching its application should be selected according to the transportation distance and transportation scale.Ammonia, as a hydrogen storage medium, is calculated into hydrogen transport price according to liquid ammonia transportation by China's national railway, then its transport price is far lower than other hydrogen transportation modes.Therefore, this paper proposes the case scenario of establishing Qinghai green ammonia storage and transportation base, which can activate the new energy consumption channel in China's northwest scenic resource-rich areas, and also realize the long-distance, low-cost, low-energy consumption and high-efficiency trans-regional transportation of hydrogen/ammonia energy.
