摘要

探究了厌氧氨氧化耦合反硝化体系(SAD)在不同质量浓度吲哚(10~150 mg/L)短期添加下的脱氮效能及光谱响应特征。研究结果表明,SAD系统中随着吲哚质量浓度的升高,总氮去除率呈现先升高后下降的趋势,并在吲哚质量浓度为10 mg/L时达到最高94%。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、三维荧光光谱分析推测了吲哚在SAD系统中的降解途径。

Abstract

The denitrification efficiency and spectral response characteristics of anaerobic ammonia oxidation coupled denitrification system (SAD) are studied under short-term addition of different mass concentrations of indoles (10-150 mg·L-1).Study results show that total nitrogen removal rate in SAD system shows a trend of increasing firstly and decreasing then with the increase of indole mass concentration.Total nitrogen removal rate reaches the highest 94% when the mass concentration of indole is 10 mg·L-1.The degradation pathway of indole in SAD system is speculated by the analysis results of ultraviolet spectrum,infrared spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum.
