摘要

为抑制石墨烯/聚合物导热复合涂层的"腐蚀促进活性",制备了封装有苯并三氮唑(BTA)缓蚀剂的介孔SiO2-石墨烯(SrGO)材料,考察了其作为导热、防腐填料的性能。结果表明,在5%填料下复合涂层的热导率相对于空白涂层提升了5.7倍;在3.5% NaCl溶液中浸泡35 d后复合涂层的|Z|0.01 Hz比空白涂层高了约4个数量级。划伤-浸泡实验表明,BTA可从SrGO中释放到破损部位,进而有效抑制涂层的"腐蚀促进活性",从而赋予涂层更长效的防腐性能。

Abstract

To inhibit the "corrosion-promotion activity" of graphene/polymer thermally conductive composite coating,benzotriazole corrosion inhibitor-encapsulating mesoporous SiO2-graphene (SrGO) materials are prepared,and their performance as thermally conductive and corrosion protection fillers is investigated.Results show that the thermal conductivity of the composite coating is 6.7 times that of the blank coating at 5% of filler content.After 35 days of immersion in 3.5% NaCl solution,the|Z|0.01 Hz of the composite coating is about 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of the blank coating.Scratch-immersion experiments show that benzotriazole can be released from SrGO to the damage area,which in turn effectively inhibits the "corrosion-promotion activity" of the coating,thus giving the coating a longer-lasting corrosion protection performance.
