摘要

介绍了中国餐厨垃圾处理行业政策的演变;总结了餐厨垃圾基本特性与处理方式;讨论了水热法的影响因素以及餐厨垃圾水热处理制肥、制碳技术;最后提出了基于水热法的厨余垃圾就地化减量化新模式,并对水热法处理厨余垃圾制肥、制碳技术产业化进行了展望且提出了关键性技术问题。

Abstract

China's policy evolution in kitchen wastes treatment industry is introduced.Basic characteristics and treatment methods of kitchen wastes are summarized.The influencing factors of hydrothermal method and the technologies for making fertilizers and carbon from kitchen wastes through hydrothermal treatment are discussed.Finally,a new model of local reduction of kitchen wastes based on hydrothermal method is proposed,the industrialization of fertilizer and carbon production technologies from kitchen wastes by hydrothermal treatment is prospected and key technical issues are proposed.
