摘要

综合分析了我国新能源汽车废旧锂电池正极材料的回收再生技术现状,主要包括废旧锂离子电池的预处理工艺、有价金属的选择性提取工艺及锂离子电池正极材料的再合成工艺,并对工艺中各种方法进行对比,分析了优缺点。最后对废旧锂离子电池回收技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

China's current situation of the recycling and regeneration technologies for cathode materials of spent lithium battery from new energy vehicles is comprehensively analyzed,mainly including the pretreatment process of spent lithium batteries,the selective extraction process of valuable metals and the re-synthesis process of cathode materials for lithium battery.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods in the process are analyzed,and the development trend of the recycling technologies for spent lithium battery is prospected.
