摘要
介绍了国内外近10年超高温缓凝剂产品、室内研究及其应用。国内超高温缓凝剂产品无法满足井底循环温度超过200℃的固井需求,与国外产品差距较大。目前国内外针对聚合物类超高温缓凝剂的研究较为广泛,因无机-有机聚合物复合材料类超高温缓凝剂能够实现聚合物功能性与无机材料刚性之间的优势互补,近年来逐渐引起业内关注。如何在满足环保要求的前提下,提升缓凝剂的抗温能力是超高温缓凝剂在研发过程中亟需攻克的难题。
Abstract
The research and application of ultra-high temperature oil well cement retarder products in the world in the past ten years are introduced.China-made ultra-high temperature retarder products cannot meet the cementing needs of the bottomhole circulating temperature over 200℃,leaving far inferior to foreign products.At present,China's research on polymer-based ultra-high temperature retarders is more extensive because inorganic-organic polymer composite-derived ultra-high temperature retarders can realize the complementary advantages between the function of polymer and the rigidity of inorganic materials.How it can improve the temperature resistance of ultra-high temperature retarder under the premise of meeting the requirements of environmental protection is an urgent problem to be solved in the research.
