摘要

作为我国碳减排的重点行业,石油石化行业面临严峻的形势和较大的难题。炼油作为石油石化产业链的中间环节,碳排放点源多、工艺复杂,低碳减碳面临艰巨挑战,采取何种手段来应对"双碳"目标亟待探讨。以核算典型炼油企业全生命周期碳排放为基础,分析主要碳减排措施减排潜力,比较碳交易市场价格和碳减排成本,发现节能降耗、CCUS技术分别是典型炼油企业在碳达峰前、后应对碳减排的有效方式。

Abstract

As a key industry of carbon emission reduction in China,the petroleum and petrochemical industry is facing severe issues and greater difficulties.As an intermediate link in the petroleum and petrochemical industry chain,oil refining has many carbon dioxide emission sources and complex processes,and hence are facing arduous challenges in low carbon and carbon reduction.What measures should be taken to address the carbon peak and neutrality goals is urgently discussed.Based on accounting carbon dioxide emissions of typical oil refining enterprise in its whole life cycle,this paper analyzes the emission reduction potential of main carbon emission reduction measures,compares carbon trading market prices and carbon emission reduction costs,and finds out that energy conservation-consumption reduction and CCUS technology are effective ways for typical oil refining enterprises to deal with carbon emission reduction before and after carbon emission peak.
