摘要
采用溶剂热法合成了NH2-MIL-53(Fe)金属有机框架材料,以此绿色环保材料为吸附剂对醌类高毒性消毒副产物 2,6-二氯-1,4-苯醌(2,6-DCBQ)进行吸附,通过超高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(UPLC-TUV)检测方法对2,6-DCBQ含量进行测定,并表征其吸附性能。通过XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR和N2吸附-脱附实验对合成的NH2-MIL-53(Fe)金属有机框架材料进行表征,结果表明,制备的材料比表面积较高(130.3 m2/g)、晶粒形貌清晰、结晶度高;同时考察了温度、pH和2,6-DCBQ质量浓度对其吸附的影响,结果表明,在20℃、pH 7、2,6-DCBQ质量浓度为20 mg/L时吸附120 min,NH2-MIL-53(Fe)金属有机框架材料对水中2,6-DCBQ吸附率达到95%以上,且吸附过程符合准一级动力学规律。5次循环实验后,NH2-MIL-53(Fe)对水中2,6-DCBQ吸附率仍达到75%以上。
Abstract
NH2-MIL-53(Fe),a kind of metal organic framework material,is synthesized by solvothermal method,and used to adsorb 2,6-dichloro-1,4-benzoquinone (2,6-DCBQ),a quinone-series by-product with highly toxicity from the disinfection process.The content of 2,6-DCBQ in water sample is determined by means of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet detector (UPLC-TUV).The prepared NH2-MIL-53(Fe) is characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,FT-IR and N2 adsorption desorption experiments.The results show that the prepared NH2-MIL-53(Fe) has a high specific surface area (130.3 m2·g-1),a clear crystal morphology and a high crystallinity.Meanwhile,the effects of temperature,pH and 2,6-DCBQ mass concentration on its adsorption are investigated.It is shown that the adsorption rate of NH2-MIL-53(Fe) to 2,6-DCBQ in water has exceeded 95% after 120 min of adsorption when the temperature is at 20℃,pH=7,and the mass concentration of 2,6-DCBQ is 20 mg·L-1.This adsorption process accords with the quasi first order dynamic law.The adsorption rate of NH2-MIL-53(Fe) to 2,6-DCBQ in water still exceeds 75% after it has been used for five cycles of experiments.
