摘要

对脂肪酶抑制剂的研究背景、作用机制、临床应用、植物和微生物来源、天然来源脂肪酶抑制剂的筛选方法等进行概述,并对今后的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the research background,action mechanism,clinical application,plant and microbial sources,screening methods of natural lipase inhibitors,and looks forward to the research trend in the future.
