摘要

炼化企业规模化成为盈利的重要手段。在油品相对过剩的背景下,炼化一体化在整合资源、打通全产业链后路、提升原油附加值、充分利用中间组分等方面更能适应发展需求。为应对气候变化和保护生态环境的要求,绿色低碳的炼化发展成为更迫切的需求。充分剖析新型炼化企业在资源优化配置、流程优化方向、绿色低碳发展等方面的措施,为实现炼油/化工一体化线路规划、生产经营优化、降本减耗提效等方面提供方向性参考和实施措施。

Abstract

With the intensification of competition in the global refining market,a large scale has become an important mean for refineries to make profit through cost reduction.Under the background of relative supply surplus in oil products market,the refining and chemical integration can better meet the needs of development in terms of integrating resources,opening up the back road of the whole industrial chain,increasing the added value of crude oil and making full use of intermediate components.In order to cope with climate change and protect the ecological environment,the green and low-carbon development of refining and chemical industry has become a more urgent need.This paper fully analyzes the measures of new refining and chemical enterprises in resource optimization allocation,process optimization direction,green low-carbon development and other aspects,which provides directional reference and implementation measures for the realization of refining/chemical integration line planning,production and operation optimization,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
