摘要

某天然气净化厂采用液相氧化硫磺回收工艺净化天然气脱除尾气中的硫化氢,随着天然气气质的变化,出现因液相氧化硫磺回收装置酸气硫化氢含量超过设计值引起的尾气硫化氢超标、药剂消耗增大等问题。针对上述问题并结合液相氧化硫磺回收装置的特点,对影响脱硫效果的主要因素进行了实验研究,并结合现场实际运行情况提出了尾气循环回用的解决方案。

Abstract

A natural gas purification plant recovers hydrogen sulfide from the desulfurization and decarbonization exhaust gases by liquid phase oxidation sulfur recovery process,and obtains a good desulfurization effect.However,with the change of natural gas composition in recent years,the content of hydrogen sulfide in acidic gas of the liquid phase oxidation sulfur recovery unit exceeds the designed value,which causes the problems of excessive hydrogen sulfide in tail gas and higher agent consumption.In view of these problems and in combination with the characteristics of the liquid-phase sulfur oxidation recovery unit,main factors affecting the desulfurization effect are experimentally studied,and a solution that recycles exhaust gas is proposed in combination with the actual operation in the field.
