摘要
以腐植酸(HA)和Al2(SO4)3为原料,经高温固相反应合成了铝掺杂碳材料(CAH),研究了CAH对刚果红(CR)的吸附性能。最佳制备条件为保温温度400℃、m(HA)∶m[Al2(SO4)3]=2∶3、保温时间3 h、升温速率15℃/min,吸附量最高可达4 g/g。采用SEM和FT-IR对HA和CAH的微观形态和结构进行了表征分析。通过吸附热力学和吸附动力学分析,CAH吸附CR的过程符合Langmuir吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,主要吸附方式属于单分子层化学吸附。
Abstract
Aluminum doped carbon material (CAH) is synthesized from humic acid (HA) and aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3) by high temperature solid state reaction.The adsorption properties of CAH to Congo red (CR) are studied.The optimum preparation conditions are determined as follows:reaction temperature is at 400℃,m(HA)∶m(Al2(SO4)3)=2∶3,holding time is 3 h,and heating rate is 15℃·min-1.The maximum adsorption capacity of CAH prepared under the optimal conditions can reach 4 000 mg·g-1 to Congo red.The micro morphology and structure of HA and CAH are characterized by SEM and FT-IR.Through the analysis of adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics,the process for CAH adsorbing CR conforms to Langmuir adsorption model and quasi second-order kinetic model,and main adsorption mode belongs to monolayer chemical adsorption.
