摘要

微生物修复技术因其具有绿色环保、成本低等特点,成为当前修复石油污染土壤的热门方法。但该方法在应用过程中受到诸多因素影响,导致修复效果存在差异。针对该问题,通过正交实验,考察了石油烃降解菌剂添加量、土壤石油烃浓度、土壤含水率、土壤改良剂添加量、温度和营养物质补加次数6种因素对土壤石油烃降解率的影响。结果表明,土壤改良剂添加量在降解初期对石油烃降解率影响显著,降解中、后期土壤石油烃浓度及石油烃降解菌剂添加量是土壤石油烃降解率的显著影响因素。70 d修复期结束后,土壤石油烃降解率最高达62.8%,且在不同修复阶段中各因素的重要性以及最优水平表现出显著差异。

Abstract

Microbial remediation technology,due to its green environmental protection and low cost,has become a popular method for remediation of oil-contaminated soil.However,this method is often affected by many factors during application process,resulting in different remediation effects.In order to solve this problem,the effect of six factors,such as the dosage of degrading bacteria,the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil,the moisture content of soil,the amount of soil amendment,the temperature and the number of nutrient additions,on the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil is studied through orthogonal experiments.The results show that the amount of soil amendments has a significant effect on the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in the early stage of degradation,and the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and the dosage of degrading bacteria play more important roles in the middle and later stages of degradation.After the 70-day remediation period,the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil reaches as high as 62.8%,and the importance and the optimal level of each factor in different remediation stages show significant differences.
