摘要
在工业生产中己内酰胺主要采用浓硫酸催化环己酮肟液相重排工艺制备,生产中会副产大量低价值硫酸铵。因此,开展无硫铵重排生产己内酰胺绿色催化研究具有重要意义。综述了环己酮肟液相贝克曼重排绿色催化的研究进展,重点探讨了分子筛、氧化物、高分子树脂和离子液体类型催化剂在环己酮肟液相贝克曼重排反应中的应用;基于催化性能、合成成本和能耗等因素,比较了不同催化体系在环己酮肟液相重排反应中的潜在价值。结合研究现状,为环己酮肟液相贝克曼重排绿色催化剂开发和催化反应过程的研究提出建议。
Abstract
In industrial scale,caprolactam is mainly produced through liquid-phase Beckman rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime catalyzed with sulfuric acid.However,a large amount of low-value ammonium sulfate is formed as by-product during this process.Therefore,it is of practical significance to develop a caprolactam production process without generation of ammonium sulfate.The research progress on green catalysis for Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime in liquid phase is reviewed.The application of zeolites,oxides,polymer resin or ionic liquid,respectively as catalysts in liquid-phase Beckman rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime into caprolactam is discussed.Based on analyzing catalytic performance,synthesis cost and energy consumption,the potential value of different catalytic systems in liquid-phase Beckman rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime is compared.Combined with research status,the development of green catalysts for liquid phase Beckman rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime and the research of catalytic reaction process are suggested.
