摘要
可再生能源是"绿氢"的"源",也是高比例清洁电力系统的"源",源端供电强化了电网端制氢与源端制绿氢的减排博弈。综合考虑"源-网-氢"三端的耦合关系,论述网端制绿氢和源端供电的关系,阐述源端制氢和源端供电的减排差异,分析网端制氢和源端制氢的减排博弈。研究结果表明,现阶段源端制氢削弱了可再生能源的减排效果,而最大化发挥减排效果的"真绿氢"有赖于电力系统可再生能源电力比重的提高。
Abstract
Renewable energy is the "source" of both "green hydrogen" and clean power system.Using renewable energy to supply power strengthens the game of carbon emission reduction between hydrogen production at grid side and hydrogen production by renewable energy.Considering the coupling relationship of "renewable energy-grid-hydrogen",this paper discusses the connection between grid-side green hydrogen and source-side power supply,expounds the difference in carbon emission reduction between source-side hydrogen and source-side power supply,analyzes the carbon emission reduction game between grid-side hydrogen and source-side hydrogen.It is shown from study results that the production of hydrogen at source-side weakens the carbon emission reduction effect of renewable energy,and the "truly green hydrogen" depends on the increase of renewable energy proportion in the power supply system.
