介绍了南京江北新材料科技园实施封闭化管理以来的实践经验与成效。科技园提出的化工园区封闭化管理方案将基础设施建设与信息化建设相结合，辅以应急管控，实现人、车、货全方位封闭和深层次分离管控，提升了本质安全水平，促进了园区高质量发展。

Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, this paper introduces its practical experience and achievements in the implementation of closed management.The closed management scheme proposed by the park combines infrastructure construction with information construction, supplemented by emergency management and control, therefore realizes the comprehensive isolation and deep separation control of personnel, vehicles and goods, which improves the level of intrinsic safety and promotes the high-quality development of the park.
