充分发挥群团组织力量，形成"工作委员会+集体协商+社会组织"模式，把责任关怀写入化工行业集体合同，纳入企业绿色综合评价体系，激励化工企业落实主体责任，推进化工企业践行责任关怀理念。通过开展"公众开放日"、"化学夏令营"和"环保实验室"等活动，提高周边居民对化工企业的了解及接纳程度，逐渐消除对化工企业的恐惧，不再"谈化色变"，进而提升化工行业社会形象。
