摘要

公共管廊是化工园区内上下游企业间物料传输的桥梁,具有成本低、效率高的特点,被形容为化工园区的"动脉"。由于公共管廊内化工管道布局密集且以有毒、高温、高压管道居多,其危险性非常高。危险化学品管道泄漏事故的原因、发展和后果均受众多因素影响,给公共管廊泄漏事故应急管理带来了不小的难度。为了保证化工公共管廊的安全运行,探索并研究建设化工公共管廊信息自动化监控云平台,对于建立规范化、专业化的化工园区公共管廊应急管理体系具有重要意义。

Abstract

Public pipe gallery is a bridge for the transfer of materials between upstream and downstream enterprises in chemical industrial park, with features of low cost and high efficiency, and is described as the "artery" of chemical industrial park.Public pipe gallery faces high risks, in which chemical pipelines distribute densely and most of pipelines deliver toxic, high-temperature or high-pressure chemicals.The causes, development and severity of hazardous chemicals leaked from pipeline may be influenced by many factors, which makes emergency management face great difficulty in dealing with hazardous chemicals leaks happened at public pipe gallery.In order to ensure the safe operation of public chemical pipe gallery, it is proposed to construct an automated monitoring cloud platform for information of public chemical pipe gallery, which is of great practical significance for the establishment of a standardized and professional emergency management system for public pipe gallery in chemical industrial parks.
