随着化工园区的发展以及国家对化工园区封闭化管理的推进，为响应省、市、新区相关要求，南京江北新材料科技园于2020年底基本实现了封闭化管理。在封闭化管理的过程中，除了对人、车、货进行管理以保证园区本质安全之外，同时通过不断挖掘封闭化管理内在潜能，实现了对疫情、欠薪和反恐等情况的防控、管控功能，提高了封闭化管理的价值，切实为新材料科技园的发展提供了更多有力保障。

In response to the relevant requirements from the governments, Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park has basically realized the closed management since the end of 2020.In the process of closed management, the personnel, vehicle and goods are managed to ensure the intrinsic safety of the park, the internal potential for closed management is continuously searched, and the functions of prevention and control to epidemic, labor dispute and anti-terrorism are realized.The value of the closed management is improved, and more powerful supports are provided for the healthy development of the park.
