基于化工园区当前应急管理现状中的不足，提出了新时代下以智慧化管理为主、人工化防控为辅的智慧化园区应急管理策略。以南京江北新材料科技园为例，通过物联网、大数据等技术，实现对园区的实时监控、隐患预警等，利用高效互联的园区封闭管理综合平台，实现园区的智慧化建设。

In view of the shortcomings in current emergency management status quo of chemical industrial park, an emergency management strategy is proposed for intelligent parks, which takes intelligent management as the main, and manual prevention and control as a supplement.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, the real-time monitoring and early warning of hidden dangers for the park are realized by means of the technologies such as the internet of things, big data, etc.The intelligent construction of the park is realized by using the efficient and interconnected park closed management comprehensive platform.
