摘要
基于现场调研,分析了化工园区封闭化管理后卡口交通拥堵的原因,明确卡口布局优化和微观改造两个方面的交通改善策略。以南京江北新材料科技园方水路为例,分析路段交通情况及拥堵成因,提出5条针对性改善措施,为国内化工园区封闭化管理后的交通改善提供了理论依据和经验借鉴。
Abstract
Based on field investigation, the causes for traffic congestion at the bayonet after implementing closed management in chemical industrial park are explored, and the traffic improvement strategies are determined from the aspects of bayonet layout optimization and micro transformation.Taking Fangshui Road in Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, the traffic situation and the causes of congestion are analyzed, and five targeted improvement measures are given, which provides theoretical basis and experience references for China's chemical industrial parks that proceed a closed management.
