通过对化工园区封闭化管理的交通现状、管理需求等进行分析，确定边界管理的原则和模式，明确化工园区边界管理的建设规划方案。以南京江北新材料科技园为例，针对园区内部企业特征、交通状况、附近敏感源等因素进行分析，从物防与技防两个角度对化工园封闭化的边界管理提出建设意见，大大降低了化工园发生危险的概率。

Through analyzing the traffic status and management demands of chemical industrial park that is managed in a closed mode, the principles and modes of border management are determined, and the construction planning scheme of the boundary management for the chemical industrial park is confirmed.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, the enterprises' characteristics, traffic conditions, nearby sensitive sources and other factors in the park are explored, and the construction suggestions are proposed from the perspective of physical and technical preventions for the boundary management of the closed chemical industrial park, which can greatly reduce the probability of danger in chemical industrial park.
