摘要

从分析封闭化管理的目标与思路入手,以南京江北新材料科技园为例,在全生命周期理念指引下,自封闭化管理的顶层规划开始精细化设计管理方案,实施高水平安全建设,实现智能化科学运维,并进行系统反馈与提升。提出了科学、合理、高效、精准的化工园区封闭化管理方案,以期为国内其他化工园区封闭化管理工作提供有益参考。

Abstract

In order to ensure the safety of industrial parks and promote industrial development, chemical industrial parks in China are performing the construction of closed management.Taking Nanjing Jiangbei New Material Technology Park as an example, by analyzing the objectives and ideas of closed management, the management scheme is designed finely from the top-level planning of closed management under the guidance of whole life cycle concept.High-level safety construction, and intelligent operation and maintenance are implemented for the closed management of chemical industrial park, and system feedback and improvement are always performed.A scientific, reasonable, efficient and accurate closed management scheme for chemical industry park is proposed, aiming to provide a valuable reference for the closed management of other chemical industry parks in China.
