摘要
通过碱性氨基酸精氨酸(Arg)和组氨酸(His)制备负载型Au/CuO和Au/ZnO催化剂,利用XRD、XPS、TEM、BET等对催化剂进行表征,研究不同条件对甘油选择性催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,当氨基酸浓度为10~15 mmol/L、Au负载量为1%、反应温度为80℃时,催化剂表现出较好的催化氧化性能。反应时间为6 h时,His-Au/CuO的甘油转化率为97%,1,3-二羟基丙酮(DHA)选择性为79%;反应时间为4 h时,Arg-Au/ZnO的转化率为97%,DHA选择性为74%。
Abstract
The supported Au/CuO and Au/ZnO catalysts are prepared by arginine and histidine,respectively,and characterized by means of XRD,XPS,TEM and BET.The effects of different conditions on the catalytic performance of the catalysts for selective oxidation of glycerol are investigated.The results show that the catalyst shows good catalytic performance when the concentration of amino acid is 10-15 mmol·L-1,the loading amount of Au is 1%,and the reaction temperature is 80℃.The conversion rate of glycerol reaches 97% and the selectivity of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone reaches 79% when histidine-Au/CuO is employed and the reaction lasts for 6 h.The conversion rate of glycerol reaches 97% and the selectivity of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone reaches 74% when arginine-Au/ZnO is employed and the reaction has performed for 4 h.
