摘要
为提升网状捕雾器的集雾效率与寿命,通过电沉积法在20目的304不锈钢网上制备了氧化铈-硬脂酸疏水涂层并考察其集雾性能。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等考察了电流密度、溶液浓度、反应时间、温度等因素对涂层疏水性的影响。结果表明,在电流密度为2.0 mA/cm2、浓度为0.04 mol/L、反应时间为20 min、温度为20℃时,涂层疏水性能最佳,经硬脂酸改性后水接触角达到152.12°,具有超疏水效果。该超疏水不锈钢网的雾水收集速率为4 350 mg/(cm2·h),相比原始不锈钢网提升了90%以上,且具有良好的稳定性。
Abstract
In order to improve the fog collection efficiency and service life of mesh fog catcher,ceria-stearic acid hydrophobic coating is prepared on 20-mesh 304 stainless steel mesh through electrodeposition method,and its fog collection performance is investigated.By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),the effects of current density,solution concentration,reaction time and temperature on the hydrophobicity of the coating are investigated.It is found that the hydrophobic performance of the coating reaches the best when the current density is 2.0 mA·cm-2,the concentration is 0.04 mol·L-1,reaction time is 20 min,and the temperature is 20℃.The contact angle of the coating reaches 152.12° after modification by stearic acid,which shows a superhydrophobic effect.The fog collection rate of this superhydrophobic stainless steel mesh is 4,350 mg/(cm2·h),which is more than 90% higher than that of the original stainless steel mesh,and it has a good stability.
