摘要

针对大气污染物超低排放标准下对现有烟气除尘设备的改造需求,介绍了相关行业和地区的排放标准,综述了预荷电技术在电除尘、布袋除尘、旋风除尘和陶瓷管上的应用。结果显示,其投运后提高了细颗粒物的捕集效果,除尘总效率上升,颗粒物排放浓度降低,降低了布袋除尘器和陶瓷管的压力损失。该技术在钢铁、水泥、锅炉等领域均有相关工程应用,对原有除尘器能力有明显提升。

Abstract

In response to the requirements for transformation of existing flue gas dust removal equipment under the ultra-low atmospheric pollutants emission standards,the emission standards of related industries and regions are introduced,and the application of pre-charge technology in electrostatic precipitator,bag filter,cyclone and ceramic tubes is reviewed.It is found that pre-charge technology can improve the capture effect of fine particles,increase the total efficiency of dust removal,and reduce the emission concentration of particles.The pressure loss in bag filter and ceramic tubes is also reduced.The pre-charge technology has been applied in steel,cement and boiler aspects,and has improved the capacity of original dust removal equipment.
