摘要
系统介绍了不同形貌、元素掺杂和异质结类型的微纳结构CuO光催化剂的研究现状,并分析讨论了光催化性能产生差异的原因,如比表面积大小、带隙能级高低、可见光吸收强弱、光生载流子分离效率等。最后对CuO基光催化剂未来的研究发展方向进行了展望。
Abstract
The research status of micro/nano-structure CuO photocatalysts with different microscopic morphology,element doping and heterojunction types are systematically introduced,and the reasons for the differences in their photocatalytic performances are analyzed and discussed,including specific surface area,band gap energy level,absorption strength to visible light,photo-generated carrier separation efficiency,etc.The future research and development directions for CuO-based photocatalysts is predicted,mainly including lattice structure defects,carrier transport trajectories,multi-metal doping,selection of loading materials,development of new-scheme heterojunctions,etc.
