摘要
综述了近年来国内外在钯复合膜制备方面的研究进展,包括陶瓷、金属多孔载体钯复合膜以及5B族载体钯复合膜的发展趋势。介绍了四层结构的金属多孔载体型钯复合膜、新开发出的具有空隙结构的金属多孔载体钯复合膜、以及添加Ru的PdRu复合膜等。5B族钯复合渗氢膜研究的重点是载体的表面处理、膜界面稳定层的制备以及超薄均匀钯膜的制备技术。
Abstract
Global latest research progress in preparation of palladium composite membrane is reviewed,including the development trend of porous ceramic,porous metal and 5B group metals supported palladium composite membrane.Four-layer porous metal supported palladium composite membrane,porous metal supported palladium composite membrane with void structure,and Ru doped PdRu composite membrane are introduced.The research for 5B group metals supported palladium composite membrane for hydrogen permeation is suggested to focus on surface treatment of the support,the preparation of the membrane interface stability layer,and the preparation technology of ultra-thin uniform palladium membrane.
