摘要
设计了同心圆三电极阵列,将局部电化学测试方式由扫描探针转变为高速切换离散的电极单元,并基于此发展了一种适用于液滴体系局部腐蚀电化学测试方法。该方法不仅能够实现液滴与电极界面腐蚀电位及电偶电流分布特征的表征,而且能够实现局部电极位置的电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线等电化学测试。基于测试数据的分析,可以获得界面电化学反应及传质等动力学过程的局部电化学信息,用于研究电极/液滴界面双电层以及附近的扩散层等电极过程的动力学机制。该方法可应用于多种非均相介质腐蚀电化学研究体系,也为工业领域电化学工程及腐蚀监测技术发展提供了一种可供选择的解决方案。
Abstract
A concentric three-electrode array is designed,which converts local electrochemical test method from scanning probe to high-speed switching discrete electrode unit.Based on this,an electrochemical test method suitable for local corrosion of droplet system is developed.This method can characterize the corrosion potential and galvanic current distribution characteristics of the interface between droplets and electrodes,and perform a series of electrochemical tests such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves for local electrode positions.Based on analyzing the test data,local electrochemical information of the dynamic processes such as interface electrochemical reaction and mass transfer can be obtained,which is used to study the kinetic mechanism of electrode processes such as double layer and nearby diffusion layer in the electrode/droplet interface.This method can be applied to a variety of heterogeneous medium corrosion electrochemical research systems,and provide an alternative solution for the development of electrochemical engineering and corrosion monitoring technology in the industrial field.
