摘要
传统除尘方法对烟气中微米/亚微米级细颗粒物的去除效率相对较低。声波团聚是一种有效的预处理方法,高强度的声场可以使细颗粒在进入常规除尘设备之前将其团聚,形成更大的颗粒,便于沉淀分离。但是单一声波团聚技术效果有限,与其他技术联合使用更节能高效。概述了声波耦合喷雾、相变冷凝、化学添加剂和电场4种最新技术应用进展并进行对比分析,最后对声波团聚耦合技术进行了展望。
Abstract
The efficiency in removing micron/submicron fine particles from flue gas by traditional dust removal methods is relatively low,for which acoustic agglomeration is an effective pretreatment method.High intensity acoustic field can make fine particles agglomerate to form larger particles before entering conventional dust removal equipment,which is convenient for precipitation separation.However,single acoustic agglomeration technology can only produce a limited effect,and it will be more energy-saving and efficient when acoustic agglomeration technology combines with other technologies.The application progress on acoustic coupling with four new technologies summarized and compared,including acoustic coupling with spray,acoustic coupling with phase change condensation,acoustic coupling with chemical additives and acoustic coupling with electric field.Finally,the prospect for acoustic agglomeration coupling technology is given.
