摘要

总结了目前典型的MTO工艺技术,主要有国外的UOP公司、Mobil公司、Exxon-Mobil公司MTO工艺和Lurgi公司MTP工艺以及国内大连化学物理研究所DMTO系列技术、中国石化上海石化研究院SMTO工艺、清华大学FMTP工艺、神华集团公司SHMTO工艺技术等。根据产物组成并遵循节能降耗以及烯烃损失少等原则,烯烃分离技术可分为前脱丙烷流程技术和前脱乙烷流程技术。根据不同催化剂和反应器选择不同工艺和分离过程,并从原料、工艺、催化剂、产品、经济、能耗等方面分析了进一步技术革新发展的方向。

Abstract

Present typical MTO technologies are summarized,including the MTO technologies from UOP,Mobil,Exxon-Mobil,MTP process from Lurgi,DMTO technology from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences,SMTO technology from Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute,FMTP process from Tsinghua University and SHMTO process technology from Shenhua Group Company,etc.The separation technologies of olefins can be divided into pre de-propane process and pre de-ethane process according to the products compositions as well as the requirement of energy saving and improving the olefin's yields.Different processes and separation processes are selected according to different catalysts and reactors.And the direction of further technological innovation and development are analyzed from the aspects of raw materials,processes,catalysts,products,economy and energy consumption.
