摘要
综述了低碳乙烯生产技术进展情况,并进行了对比分析。未来几年,现役乙烯生产装置节能改造仍是重点;随着电加热蒸汽裂解技术发展,使用绿电供能将大幅减少生产过程排放;此外,生物质生产乙烯二代技术、CO2还原生产乙烯技术以及乙烷氧化脱氢生产乙烯技术成为研发热点。
Abstract
The ethylene production technologies with low carbon dioxide emission are introduced and briefly analyzed in a comparison.In the future,the focus will still be reducing the energy consumption of the existing ethylene crackers.With the development of electrically-heating steam cracking technology,the process using green electricity can reduce greatly carbon dioxide emissions.In addition,the second-generation biomass to ethylene technology,CO2 reduction to ethylene technology and oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene technology become highlights for research.
