摘要
对3种原料成本较低的有机液体储放氢体系(甲苯/甲基环己烷、苯/环己烷、萘/十氢萘)进行了加/脱氢工艺流程模拟,估算了加/脱氢环节的工程成本,发现原料费用是加氢环节成本的决定性因素,而脱氢环节成本取决于公用工程费用,其中萘/十氢萘体系的氢气储存单价最低。3种体系的运输成本分析结果表明,萘/十氢萘体系的氢运输成本也最低。与当前主流储运氢方式(气氢拖车、液氢罐车和气氢管道)进行了技术经济性比较,发现利用有机液体储运氢500 km时的氢气总成本(含加/脱氢及运输)为8.86元/kg,低于同样距离运输的气氢拖车和液氢罐车等的储运成本。因此,在需要大规模长距离运输、海运、长期储存等情况下,有机液体储运氢技术有着明显的经济性优势。
Abstract
The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation process simulations are performed upon three kinds of liquid organic hydrogen carrier systems, including toluene-methylcyclohexane, benzene-cyclohexane, and naphthalene-decalin, all with a comparatively low raw material cost.Their process production costs in hydrogenation and dehydrogenation sections are respectively estimated.It is found that the raw material cost is the decisive factor for the capital cost in hydrogenation section, while the capital cost in dehydrogenation section depends on the utilities expense.The unit hydrogen storage price in the naphthalene-decalin system is the lowest among the three ones.The transport cost analysis on the three systems discloses that the naphthalene-decalin system is the lowest.A techno-economic comparison is made between the liquid organic hydrogen carrier system and current mainstream hydrogen storage and transportation methods including hydrogen trailer, liquid hydrogen tanker and hydrogen pipeline.It is found that total hydrogen cost (containing hydrogenation, dehydrogenation and transportation) of 500 km transportation by liquid organic hydrogen carrier is RMB8.86 per kilogram of H2, which is lower than that by hydrogen trailer and liquid hydrogen tanker for the same distance.Therefore, the liquid organic hydrogen carrier system technology is very economical for large-scale long-distance transportation, ocean shipping, and long-term storage of hydrogen energy.
